TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Revitalizant gel for gasoline and diesel engines:

Procedure of treating an engine with lubricant capacity of 2 to 10 quarts (2-10 l)

Phase 1

  1. Squeeze out the contents of one tube into the lubricant neck of the engine warmed up to the running temperature.
  2. Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 5 minutes.

Phase 2

  1. Do as described in Phase 1 after a running of 60 to 150 miles (100-250 km).

Phase 3

  1. Do as described in Phase 2 after a running of 60 to 150 miles (100-250 km).
  2. Revitalization is considered complete at a mileage of no less than 930 miles (1 500 km).

    Note!!
    DO NOT CHANGE the lubricant until treatment has been completed!

  3. Treatment can be done in idling conditions. 4 hours are equivalent to a running of 120 miles (200 km).
  4. Treat new engines with one dose: two tubes simultaneously.

Revitalizant gel for gear boxes and reducers

  1. Squeeze out the gel into the lubrication hole of the gear box, transfer case and axle reducing gear according to the following chart.

    2. Revitalizing is considered to be complete after 50 operating hours or 930 miles (1500 km) run.

Note!

  1. A characteristic indicator of the onset of revitalizing is mechanism noise reduction as early as the first few miles. If further noise reduction (improvement of mechanism running) stops at any time, this points to heavy wear of the mechanism, so it is necessary to double the recommended dose.
  2. If after running for 60 to 120 miles (100-200 km), the mechanism fails to improve its per-formance, the most probable cause of this is faulty diagnostics.
  3. DO NOT use for automatic gearboxes!

Revitalizant gel for the steering booster

  1. Squeeze out one tube of gel into the steering booster lubricant neck for every 3 pints (1,5 l) of lubricant.

    2. Having squeezed out the gel, turn the steering wheel for 5 to 10 minutes.
    3. Revitalizing is considered to be complete after 100 hrs of mechanism work, 1860 miles (~3000 km) running.

Note!

  1. You should begin to notice improved performance in the first few miles of driving (smoother, quieter).
  2. If after running for 60 to 120 miles (100-200 km), the mechanism fails to improve its per-formance, the most probable cause is faulty diagnostics.

Revitalizant gel for fuel pumping equipment

The high-pressure fuel pump treatment procedure

  1. Squeeze out the contents of one tube into the fuel tank with a minimal amount of fuel.
  2. Fill the tank with 10 or 15 gallons of fuel.
  3. Run the automobile as normal.
  4. Revitalizing is considered complete in about 100 hrs of mechanism running.

Note!

  1. You should begin to notice improved performance in the first few miles of driving (reduction of noise, vibration and less exhaust smoke).
  2. At heavy mechanism wear, double the recommended dose.
  3. If after 60 to 120 miles (100-200 km) of running, mechanism performance fails to improve, the most probable cause is faulty diagnostics.

Revitalizant gel for cylinders

Cylinder treatment procedure

  1. Warm up the engine to running temperature.
  2. Remove the spark plug and disconnect the central wire of the ignition distributor and the commutator.
  3. Squeeze out the tube contents into the cylinder.
    Note! Squeeze out so that the tube contents get onto the cylinder wall, rather than onto the piston. You may need a syringe.
  4. Provide 15 to 20 piston strokes (with the crank handle, by towing, by rotating the suspended drive wheel, etc.).
  5. Screw in the spark plug and crank the starter 3-4 times for 3-4 sec. at intervals of 15 to 20 sec.
  6. Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 minutes.
  7. Run as normal.

Revitalizant gel for rifle barrels

Barrel bore treatment procedure

Step 1 (treatment with red gel, 10 shots)

  1. Use the rifle brush to apply the red gel to the inner barrel surface.
  2. Apply the gel to the bullet surface protruding out of the cartridge.
  3. Fire once.
  4. Fire again no less than nine times, having repeated items 1 and 2.

Step 2 (treatment with yellow gel, 10 shots)
Fire no less than ten times, having preliminarily treated the barrel bore and the bullet with the yellow gel.

Step 3 (treatment with green gel, 10 shots)
Fire no less than ten times, using the green gel.

Note:

  1. Treat new barrels by firing ten times, using the green gel.
  2. For treatment of reconditioned barrels, it is advised to fire 10 times once a year, using the green gel, or fire 10 times after every 1,000 shots

XADO- MOTO
Procedure for treating a 2-cycle engine with pre-mixed fuel and oil system

Step 1

  1. Squeeze out the contents of one sachet into the full fuel tank (it is recommended first to dissolve the contents of the packet in the oil at temperature 104-122F (40-50°C) or in the gas at temperature above 68F (20° C).
  2. Run as normal.

    NOTE: For small engines, use 1 packet for each gallon of premix and use as normal.

Step 2
Repeat Step 1 when you refill the tank (the gas with gel should be fully consumed).

Step 3
Repeat Step 2

NOTE: For small engines, (chainsaws, trimmers, etc.) use 1 packet of MOTO to treat one gallon of pre-mix. Run the equipment as normal.

Treatment procedure for engines with separated fuel and oil system

Step 1

  1. Warm up the engine to running temperature.
  2. Squeeze out the contents of one packet into the filler of the engine oil tank.
  3. Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 minutes.
  4. Run as normal.

Step 2
Repeat Step 1 after 90-150 miles (150-200 km) run of the motorcycle or 4 hours of idle work of the engine (equivalent of 120-150 miles run).

Step 3
Repeat 2.


Revitalizant gel for compressors and bearings

XADO revitalizing gel is designed for restoration and repair of all types of compressors, (except the sleeve assembly in oxygen compressors) as well as for bearings running in an oil reservoir.

This revitalizing gel efficiently eliminates wear in compressor and bearings working surfaces, provides reliable protection of friction and roller surfaces from hostile environment, and increases service life by 2 to 4 times.

It is compatible with any kind of oil or fuel and does not react with them or change their viscosity.

XADO greases
XADO grease is a completely unique new product, designed for application in all assemblies and mechanisms which are operated with the use of greases. All XADO greases will neither liquefy nor expel at angular velocities up to 10.000 r.p.m. The amount of the grease for any particular assembly depends on the design and is specified in the service instructions for these assemblies and mechanisms.

Fields of application: water pump bearings, hub bearing assemblies, ball supports, steering heads, cross-pieces. In industry - any assembly from basic movements to turbines of Nuclear Power Plants.

The patented formula of this up-to date grease is based on a composition of XADO revitalizant and EP complex. The grease is especially effective for wear protection of bearings (up to 10 000 rpm). Compensates wear up to 10 %. Fill ½ of assembly volume with grease.

Available in 12 ml packet, 125 ml polypack,1 kg. package. 125ml is enough to treat approximately four internal and external constant velocity joints of a medium size automobile, such as a Volkswagen Passat, for instance.
It is recommended for new assemblies and parts!

"RESTORING" XADO-grease
The patented formula of this up-to date grease is based on a composition of XADO revitalizant and EP complex. The grease is especially effective for restoration and wear protection of bearings (up to 10 000 rpm). Compensates wear up to 50%. Fill ½ of assembly volume with grease. It is recommended to eliminate the previous grease before using "Restoring" XADO-grease. If the assemblies require periodical grease changes you should use "Protecting" grease later on.

Available in 12 ml packet, 125 ml polypack,1 kg. package. 125 ml is enough to treat approxi-mately four internal and external equal constant velocity joints of a medium size car, such as a Volkswagen Passat, for instance.

"REPAIRING" XADO-grease
The patented formula of this up-to date grease is based on a composition of XADO revitalizant and EP complex. The grease is especially effective for repair of quite worn bearings (up to 10 000 rpm). Compensates wear up to 80%. Fill ½ of assembly volume with grease. It is recommended to eliminate the previous grease before using this grease. If the assemblies require periodical grease changes you should use "Protecting" grease later on.

Available in 12 ml packet, 125 ml polypack, 1kg package. 125 ml is enough to treat approxi-mately four constant velocity joints or four 12" hub bearings, or 12 ml packet can treat 1-2 common hub bearings of an automobile.
Do not use for new assemblies and parts!
